great locationglass box toiletsound insulation
the location was acceptable , placing me near many attractions.
the room was small , and the layout felt very strange. the toilet lacked privacy, as it was essentially a glass box within the room, separated only by a flimsy door, awkward to use when sharing the space. also , i found there was little sound insulation , so i could clearly hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

basic accommodations with some ISSUES
aluminum doorcold room
i found the bathroom setup quite ODD. the aluminum door offered minimal privacy. also , i was unable to adjust the air conditioning to hot air, and the room felt cold despite the low outside temperature.

the location was very central and convenient.
The room was quite small for a 3-star hotel. the bathroom lacked privacy. It seemed like a single space with the bed and toilet separated only by a door. noises and smells were easily noticeable, uncomfortable.

I found a really good central location with easy access to many fun activities. A metro stop was also super close, just a short walk. The staff were amazing, very helpful with directions and always available. I left my luggage after check-out and it was safely stored for me.
The toilet space in my room was a bit small. Closing the door while sitting was difficult.

A coffee shop is connected to the lobby, that offers coffee and pastries. I bought coffee and a pastry there for only five euros through the reception. This was quite convenient and saved me some money.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. Opera metro station is also nearby that allows easy access to many places. It is easy to walk to many major attractions.

The team at the reception were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Desmond especially gave good recommendations for local places and directions. I found the front desk is available 24 hours that is convenient.

The location was superb. It was very close to the Opera Metro station and a short walk to Plaza Sol. I found the air conditioning quiet and effective. It was easy to adjust the temperature. The staff were pleasant and helpful, something I always appreciate when traveling.
The single room was small. The toilet felt cramped. I had some difficulty shutting the door while seated.
